Please select the version of the ShieldCPS CSE Risk Management Tool you prefer to use. We realise that users may have different browser settings and different ways of working. To cater for this, we have provided 4 variants of the tool, one of which will be compatible with your browser and your needs.

 

  • 'Multi Page with Save' allows you the option of saving an editable version of the form and PDF. (Not suitable for Vista)

  • 'Multi Page with No Save' only allows you the option of saving the form as a PDF.

  • 'Single Page with Save' allows you the option of saving an editable version of the form and PDF. (Not suitable for Vista)

  • 'Single Page with No Save' only allows you the option of saving the form as a PDF.
